Don't miss the Guide to Family History, published by the National Archives of Hungary - A worthy treatise on the love, labor at tactics involved in tracing family history of those who lived in the former Hungarian Empire. Certainly applies to Slovakia History.

• Ukraine County Archives - Holdings
  Within these holdings the State Archive at Mukachevo contains the list of fonds for Zakarpattya County.  Generally contains documents pertaining to the former Hungarian counties Ung, Bereg, Ugocsa and Maramaros.  A cooperative effort of jthe Museum in Satu Mare, Romania and the Archives of Szabolcs-Szatmar-Bereg County in Nyiregyhaza, Hungary.  In Ukrainian.  Source: Janos Bogardi.
